Memorial service (panikhida) on the one year anniversary of the passing of the ever-memorable Protodeacon Job Chemerov

On November 26, 2017, the day on which we commemorate St. John Chrysostom, a memorial service (panikhida) was held after the Divine Liturgy at the Church of St. Sergius of Radonezh in Valley Cottage, NY, to mark the one year anniversary of the passing of the ever-memorable Protodeacon Job Chemerov. The panikhida was served by the church’s rector, Mitered Protopriest Gregory Kotlaroff, and was attended by almost all of the parishioners, as well as by numerous family members and relatives. At the conclusion of the panikhida, Father Gregory pronounced a short sermon and all who were present were offered kutiya and other homemade refreshments.

Eternal memory to Fr. Job!
