December 1, 2017

1. The official name of our Church:
   ROCA – Russian Orthodox Church Abroad
   and in parentheses – Diaspora District of the Russian Orthodox Church.

2. Ask Aleksey Klestov and Mark Kotlaroff to compile a list of all the parishes of our Diaspora District.

3. Use the following text for commemoration during services by the clergy and deacons during the Great Entrance:
   For the Orthodox episcopate of the Russian Church and our lord the Most Reverend Andronik, Archbishop of Syracuse and St. Nicholas, and our lord the Right Reverend…(local bishop).

4. The following has been decided regarding the candidacy of Fr. Ilya (Empulev) as bishop: Since the Diaspora District and the Russian District should be independent administratively of each other, all decisions regarding ordinations in Russia should be made by our bishops in Russia: Abp. Sophroniy and B. Irineous.

5. Commemorate the 100th anniversary of the slaying of the Royal Martyrs on July 4\17, 2018.

6. The parish in Brisbane should be included in the diocese of Australia.

7. The proposed date of the next Council of Bishops will be sometime after Pascha in 2018.
